To purchase any of our products, the customer must be legally capable, according to Spanish law. Access by minors to any of our services is the responsibility of their parents, guardians or legal representatives.

MENBUR S.A is considered accountable. The personal data have been collected in order to be managed: to attend, identify and answer the requests placed by the customer through the Site www.menbur.ae, as well as where appropriate, manage your access to certain services or functionalities of the Site, and the management of orders placed through it. Entering our giveaways, promotions and/or other promoted activities, offers and news referral that may be of the user’s interest by any electronic means. The data recipients are the company’s employees and Public organisms in compliance with current regulations. You have the right to access, amend, take, limit, oppose and delete the data. 3. Terms of payment
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Credit Card Payment
To pay by credit card the customer must provide Card number, as well as expiration date and CVV code.
This personal information will be handled directly by your bank, which is responsible for safely carrying out your purchase procedure. We accept all kind of credit cards.
The customer is entitled to make a bank transfer (which can take about 2-3 days to become effective, depending on the entity)

When the courier delivers the package, you will have to pay the exact amount on cash. It won't be possible to pay with card.
This payment form has an additional cost of 2€ Peninsula 3€ Portugal.
Exchanges will be possible, but only for items with the same price.
4. Delivery times
All delivery times are expressed in days/weekdays. Orders will be sent upon receipt of payment and that we have stock on hand. Stock problems could cause delays in delivery time and cancellations.
In the case of rupture of stock of the goods at the time of the request, we will contact the customer to inform him about the delivery delay in no more than ten working days.
Usual delivery times for the United Arab Emirates take from 4 to 5 days. These delivery times are approximated, and delays can occur due to problems with the parcel company.
During special promotions or Sale period, the delivery could suffer delays up to 7 working days.
5. Claims related to not received orders
If after the stipulated time of delivery the customer has not received the order, he must inform Menbur about it, by emailing: email@example.com, in order to contact the carrier to solve the backlog.
In addition to a quick and safe purchase, Menbur UAE offers freen delivery across United Arab Emirates.
Our goal is that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we will be happy to accept the return of the merchandise, provided it is unused and in perfect conditions. The returned merchandise should include the original packaging, the supplier´s label and be in the same condition it had when received by the customer.
The company reserves the right not to accept a return if it does not fulfil the aforementioned requirements.

9. Online Dispute Resolution
According to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online conflict resolution between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third, called the Dispute Resolution Agency, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, being able to finally suggest and / or impose a solution to the conflict.
