Terms of Payment

Payments can be made using the following methods:

Credit/Debit Card Payment

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay).
  • Customers must provide card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
  • Card details are securely managed and processed through your bank to ensure safe transactions.

Bank Transfer

  • Customers can choose to pay via bank transfer.
  • Please note that bank transfers may take 2-3 working days to process, depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available only for UAE orders.
  • To place a COD order, contact us by phone at +971 50 143 4323 or email at info@menbur.ae.
  • Payment must be made in cash upon delivery. Card payments are not accepted for COD orders.

Tabby (Pay in Installments)

  • Customers can choose to pay in 4 installments using Tabby or Tamara, available during checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Orders will be dispatched after payment confirmation and stock availability.
  • Standard delivery within the UAE takes 4 to 6 working days.
  • During promotions or sale periods, delivery times may extend up to 7 working days.
  • In case of stock unavailability, customers will be notified within 10 working days.

Claims for Undelivered Orders

If you have not received your order within the stipulated time, please notify us immediately by emailing info@menbur.ae. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders below AED 100: A shipping charge of AED 20 will apply.
  • Orders above AED 100: Free shipping across the UAE.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Returns

We aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be unused and in perfect condition.
  2. Items must include original packaging, supplier labels, and be in the same condition as received.
  3. Defective or incorrect products must be reported immediately upon delivery.

Return Fees

  • No return fees apply.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and verified by our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The refund process some days from the date of receipt at our warehouse, depending on your bank or payment provider.
